Dustin Groff is a registered pharmacist who graduated with his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in May of 2020. Dustin has worked at M-D Pharmacy since 2013 and he purchased the pharmacy in May of 2021. Dustin lives in South Fargo with his wife and two boys, Ryland (18) and Sylas (14). In his free time he enjoys home improvement projects, wood working, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his family. His goals for M-D Pharmacy are to diversify services to improve medication adherence, make everyone feel recognized and welcome, and to help his patients become the healthiest version of themselves.

Holli Groff is a registered pharmacist who graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in May of 2021. Holli grew up in Fargo and has settled in South Fargo with her husband and their two boys, Ryland (18) and Sylas (14). She enjoys taking care of her houseplants, and propagating them to grow more plants. She also enjoys attending her sons' sporting events and spending time with her family just relaxing at home.

Jackie is a registered pharmacist who received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from NDSU. She joined the team at M-D Pharmacy in July of 2024. Jackie is a talented pianist who enjoys playing piano at church with her kids. In her free time Jackie enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Brittany is a certified registered pharmacy technician. She joined the team at M-D Pharmacy in January of 2024. Brittany enjoys playing basketball and softball and spending time with her husband and daughter in her free time.

Leo Valverde, RphT
Doug is a certified registered pharmacy technician. Doug began his career as a technician in 2024 and joined us at M-D in 2025. Doug is a retired US Border Patrol agent and in the past you may have seen him working TSA at the Fargo airport. In his spare time he enjoys attending sporting event whether he's a spectator, referee, or umpire. He is also a season ticket holder for UND hockey.

Leo is a certified registered pharmacy technician. He joined the team at M-D in May of 2026. Leo has recently completed his pharmacy technician program in the spring of 2026 which he started after moving to Fargo from California.
